Shamanism is an ancient practice that was founded on the spiritual wisdom inherent to all indigenous tribes. Often the practices from different indigenous tribes were noted to be similar in their practices, despite being across the world from one another. Because shamanism in all populations is rooted in nature, it becomes a beautiful way to make a deeper connection to nature. Through techniques a shamanic session can help bring you into right relationship with all things on Earth. If you already have a spiritual practice, Shamanism can help you go deeper and connect more deeply to your power. A Shamanic session helps you feel more connected to yourself and can introduce you to your guides. There are many tools that are used in a shamanic session depending on what issues arise to work on. I work with Power Animal Connections, Reiki, Chakra Illuminations, Soul Retrievals , Journeys, Oracle cards, and Sand Paintings, to name a few. Every session unfolds in it’s own unique way, and helps empower you to find your strength and power and purpose.
